📦 Where to send the item?

No cash on delivery (COD) shipments! We are unable to accept COD returns.

Please include the completed Complaint Form (available on our website) to help us process your return or complaint faster.

⏳ 14-Day Return Policy

In accordance with consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Please attach the completed form and specify whether you want a refund or an exchange.

* If you selected a more expensive shipping method, only the amount for the lowest available shipping option will be refunded.

🛠️ Complaints Due to Faulty Product

If you are returning an item due to a material or manufacturing defect, please include a copy of the purchase invoice and the completed complaint form.

📬 Confirmation & Resolution Time

You will receive a confirmation email or letter upon receipt of the returned item (no later than 3 business days). Complaints are usually processed within 30 days — but we always aim to resolve them faster.
