📜 Declaration & Terms of Use – Guard Dog Helmet
❗ IMPORTANT NOTICE – THIS PRODUCT IS NOT BALLISTIC
This product is NOT ballistic, does NOT provide ballistic protection, and is not designed to stop any type of ammunition.
This is not a ballistic helmet nor a personal ballistic protection device. The product is intended solely as sport, training, or recreational equipment without any certifications or claims of resistance to bullets, fragments, or other projectiles.
1. General Provisions
By purchasing the Product, the Buyer confirms that they have read this declaration and these terms of use, fully understand them, and unconditionally accept them.
2. Intended Use Limitations
The Product is intended solely for personal protective function according to the manufacturer’s technical specifications. It is not a weapon, ammunition, or military material and is not certified for military use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. No Absolute Protection
The Buyer acknowledges that no protective equipment provides absolute protection. The protective parameters apply only under specific conditions and for types of ammunition listed in the product documentation and/or testing protocols.
4. Warranty Limitations
The 60-month warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by projectiles, impacts, drops, exposure to extreme conditions, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Any use outside declared standards and procedures immediately voids the warranty.
5. Buyer Responsibility
The Buyer confirms they are over 18, fully legally competent, and that the purchase, ownership, and use of the Product comply with all applicable laws. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the legal and safe use of the Product.
6. Prohibition of Uncertified Testing
The Product is not intended for private ballistic testing with live ammunition or any testing outside certified laboratories. Any such activity is solely at the user's risk and results in immediate voiding of the warranty.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
The Seller bears no responsibility for damages, injuries, or losses arising from use of the Product outside its intended purpose, under extreme conditions, or under testing conditions differing from certified standards (including but not limited to different ammunition types, calibers, distances, impact angles, or product wear).
8. No Association with External Brands
The Seller is not in any contractual, commercial, or distribution relationship with Guard Dog Body Armor or any other brand.
GUARD DOG™ products are meant exclusively as sport and training equipment. They are not personal protective equipment (PPE) under Regulation (EU) 2016/425, nor military or ballistic material. They do not provide protection for life or health.
9. Assumption of Risk by the Buyer
The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the use of the Product, including any testing, modifications, or use outside the manufacturer’s specified conditions.
10. Final Provisions
By purchasing the Product, the Buyer confirms acceptance of all terms and waives any claims against the Seller that contradict this declaration.

The Seller disclaims responsibility for:
- injury or death,
- property damage,
- loss of income, profit, data, and any other direct or indirect damages,
arising from use, testing, modification, or handling of the Product.
