    Payment

    You can pay for your ordered goods using the following methods:

    Bank transfer – You can pay your purchase by transfer in CZK, which also supports instant payments widely used today. Payments appear immediately in our account (and in our e-shop administration), so we can start preparing your order for shipping or personal pickup right away. The confirmation email contains a QR code for easy payment scanning. Account number: 352055259/0300, Československá obchodní banka.

    Cash on delivery – Pay via GLS courier (CZ and SK) or Czech Post (CZ) upon receipt of the shipment, or via ZÁSILKOVNA.

    Cash / Card – Pay in cash or by card during personal pickup at Oty Synka 1837/3 Ostrava - Poruba 70800 or upon personal handover.

    Shipping and Personal Pickup

    For orders over 1,500 CZK, shipping is FREE.

    You have the following options for delivery or pickup of your ordered goods:

    • ZÁSILKOVNA or GLS (Slovakia only) – Shipping to Slovakia costs 150 CZK (~6 €). You can pay cash or card on delivery.

    • GLS

    Reliable parcel delivery via GLS to any address in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, or selected EU countries. Delivery usually the next business day (valid for CZ). Real-time shipment tracking. Cash on delivery payment possible in cash or card upon delivery.

    Reliable delivery to GLS pick-up points and lockers. The GLS network in the Czech Republic includes GLS Parcel Shops, self-service GLS Parcel Boxes, and partner Alza Boxes. Real-time shipment tracking.

    • Czech Post - Parcel to Parcel Locker

    The cheapest delivery option from Czech Post. Pickup at more than 400 specialized Parcel Locker locations in post offices and depots across the Czech Republic. Easy and fast pickup – just enter a code at the terminal or provide your name and code. No ID required, so a third party can pick it up. Payment of cash on delivery by card is possible, even at depots. Storage up to 15 days. Pickup usually the next business day after dispatch.

    • Zásilkovna – Z-point pick-up locations

    Your order will be sent to the selected branch (full list at https://www.zasilkovna.cz/pobocky).

    Personal Pickup in OSTRAVA

    The fastest way to pick up your order is directly at our warehouse at Oty Synka 1837/3 OSTRAVA-PORUBA by prior arrangement at +420 736 641 831.

    You can pay in cash, by bank transfer, or by card during personal pickup (Tip: instant bank payments from mobile banking are possible when picking up the goods).

    Exchange or Return

    Unused goods purchased can be exchanged or returned within the statutory 14-day period according to our Terms and Conditions.

    For returns or complaints, please use our "Complaint Center".
