Returns and Complaints
If you wish to return goods, please send us an email and ship the goods (without cash on delivery – otherwise the package cannot be accepted) to the address:

If you want to return goods within the legal 14-day period or exchange them for another item, please include the Return/Complaint Form.
In the case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the consumer is entitled to a refund of the shipping cost only up to the lowest offered shipping rate, even if a more expensive shipping method was chosen.
If you want to make a complaint due to a material or manufacturing defect, please include a copy of the purchase receipt and the filled-out Complaint Form.
You will receive confirmation of receipt of the claimed goods (complaint protocol) by email or in written form immediately after handing over the goods in-store or by email after we receive your shipment. This confirmation will be provided no later than within three business days of delivery.
You will be informed about the resolution of the complaint within 30 days of receiving the goods. We usually try to process complaints as quickly as possible.
