📜 Disclaimer and Terms of Use – Guard Dog™ Helmet

1. General Provisions

By purchasing the Product, the Buyer confirms that they have read, fully understand, and unconditionally accept this disclaimer and these terms of use.

2. Limitations on Intended Use

The Product is intended solely for personal protective purposes in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical specifications. It is not a weapon, ammunition, or military material and is not certified for military use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. No Absolute Protection

The Buyer acknowledges that no ballistic or protective equipment provides absolute protection. Protective performance applies only under the specific conditions and ammunition types stated in the product documentation and/or test reports.

4. Warranty Limitations

The 60-month warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by projectiles, impacts, falls, exposure to extreme conditions, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Any use outside the declared standards and procedures immediately voids the warranty.

5. Buyer’s Responsibility

The Buyer confirms that they are over 18 years of age, have full legal capacity, and that the purchase, ownership, and use of the Product does not violate any applicable law. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for legal and safe use of the Product.

6. Prohibition of Uncertified Testing

The Product is not intended for private ballistic testing with live ammunition or any testing conducted outside certified laboratories. Any such activity is at the sole risk of the user and will result in the immediate voiding of any warranty.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

The Seller disclaims any liability for damages, injuries, or losses arising from use of the Product outside its intended purpose, in extreme conditions, or under test conditions differing from certified standards (including but not limited to different ammunition types, calibers, distances, angles of impact, or product wear and tear).

8. No Affiliation with Third-Party Brands

The Seller is not in any contractual, business, or distribution relationship with Guard Dog Body Armor or any other brand that may be referenced for purposes of identification, comparison, or compatibility description. Any such references do not imply original products, official cooperation, or representation.

9. Assumption of Risk by the Buyer

By using the Product, the Buyer confirms that they understand the associated risks and assume all risks arising from its use, including uncertified testing, modifications, and use under conditions other than those declared by the manufacturer.

10. Final Provisions

By purchasing the Product, the Buyer confirms that they accept these terms, understand them fully, and waive any claims against the Seller contrary to this disclaimer.

⚠️ Waiver of Liability and Compensation

The Seller expressly disclaims any legal responsibility for:

• personal injury or death (including fatal incidents),
• property damage,
• emotional distress, loss of income, loss of profits, data loss, or any other direct or indirect damages,

arising from the use, testing, modification, or any handling of the Product, especially outside the declared conditions.
